Without a doubt one of the very best lofts in the Netherlands over the last 30 years

In 1971 Piet started as a 14-year-old youngster with racing pigeons. Gerard, who already had pigeons for a few years when he was about 20-25 years old, was of course immediately enthusiastic.

For the first 20 years they had nice successes with their pigeons. But the big success came after 1991 when they got pigeons from De Zwart Steenwijk, this fancier had probably the best breeding couple ever from pure Janssen Arendonk blood (GEELOGER and MERX). Gerard and Piet immediately had great success with these pigeons. Until now these Janssen pigeons are still in the bloodline.  

In 1991 the 668 was born, he won 1 – 29.920 and 1 – 16.308. After these performances he was sold to Japan. But he had two sons, The PROVINS and WONDERBOY. It is WONDERBOY who became the ancestor of our bloodline. WONDERBOY only raced as a yearling and won 1 – 11.500 NPO Orleans, 1 – 5.359 NPO Etampes, 1 – 837 Sens. Until today we have pigeons which have 7 times WONDERBOY in their pedigree. WONDERBOY’s first two children won a car race 1st and 2nd against 4.359 pigeons.

Later in 2001 the MIRAKEL was born; he became our second ancestor. MIRAKEL was a grandson of WONDERBOY. MIRAKEL won 1th National Champion Vitesse.

As a yearling he won 1 – 21.108 Laon, 1 – 6.476 Mettel, 1 – 996 Ciney, 1 – 789 Reims.

In 2002 the LORRIS was born, our full brother of the MIRAKEL. The LORRIS won 1 – 5.256 NPO Lorris with 7 minutes lead. After this performance he was bought by GERARD KOOPMAN. The LORRIS became the father of world-famous MAGIC MAN. The performance of MAGIC MAN shows that our pigeons can race from 100 up to more than 700 km. Over the years we crossed several top pigeons and have built our own bloodline, which is now successful from 100 up to 900 km.

The current top breeder is LIAM NL13-1544966. He is (grand)father of more than 25 first prize winners.
